What a great time it was to hang out as families at the park to play a game of kickball. Our Good Better Best Parenting group meets together monthly to discuss real world issues that are going on with the youth of today as well as brainstorm how to parent the youth of today. This group gets together as "a support group" for parents of middle and high schoolers.
We decided that this past Sunday, we needed to just have fun...parents and teens. We ate lunch together, voted that it would be parents vs. teens, of course the teens won and then we circled up to encourage each other and affirm the importance of having fun together.
